The challenge
Scheduling tools tend to be built for enterprises and feel like it. Tessellate wanted a product that a five-person team could set up in an afternoon and still enjoy opening on Monday.
Our approach
We interviewed teams in cafés, studios and clinics, mapped how a week really gets planned, and designed around a single calm view. A small, flexible design system keeps the product consistent as the team ships new features.
The result
The product has a clear, recognisable interface and a design system the in-house engineers extend on their own. The marketing site and the app now share one visual language.
